The minister said an advisory service would be introduced through the Industrial Modernisation Centre and described a training programme combining technical skills with factory practice. He also aims to connect small suppliers with larger manufacturers' needs.

The proposals form part of Industry Strategy 2030 and seek higher-value local production. The articles report ministerial statements; they do not establish that the measures have been launched or demonstrate their impact on employment or imports.
