The energy agreement envisages integrating AI into ADNOC's operational, commercial and investment decisions, with inference computation performed in the UAE. Another agreement covers investment and risk analysis at Mubadala.

In government, authorities announced a system making selected rules readable by AI systems. The first pilot, covering food imports, is described as already in production at the agriculture and food safety authority; officials retain final decision-making.

A five-year Inception42 partnership covers AI adoption in government, enterprises and education. Announced productivity gains remain targets: the accounts consulted do not yet provide measurements showing their achievement.
