The Fédération nationale des infirmiers confirms the timetable and 20-cent increase in its guidance to professionals. Later stages of the agreement remain separate from this first implementation.

According to Assurance Maladie, a €15 supplement is introduced for certain home visits requested through medical dispatch services. It is limited to 20 billings per week per nurse.

A €20 consultation also supports eligible patients with type 2 diabetes starting insulin, with a maximum of four consultations. These remuneration rules do not yet amount to an assessment of their effects on access to care.
