France introduces new fees and consultations for community nurses
Assurance Maladie detailed the first measures of amendment 11 now applicable to community nurses on 6 November 2026. The AMI and AMX tariff units rise to €3.35 in metropolitan France, from €3.15.
The Fédération nationale des infirmiers confirms the timetable and 20-cent increase in its guidance to professionals. Later stages of the agreement remain separate from this first implementation.
According to Assurance Maladie, a €15 supplement is introduced for certain home visits requested through medical dispatch services. It is limited to 20 billings per week per nurse.
A €20 consultation also supports eligible patients with type 2 diabetes starting insulin, with a maximum of four consultations. These remuneration rules do not yet amount to an assessment of their effects on access to care.
