The railway programme totals 96 billion dirhams: 53 billion for the Kenitra-Marrakech high-speed line and associated equipment, 29 billion for 168 trains, and 14 billion for network performance and development.

The planned rolling stock includes 18 high-speed trains, 40 intercity trains and 110 regional express or rapid shuttle trains. These figures describe the programme and its targets; they do not establish that equipment has already been delivered or forecast traffic reached.
